Who we are

Everyday Strengths ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Gammage Enterprize LLC. We help school districts, nonprofits, and public organizations build leadership systems. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you take the Leadership Operating System Health Check or contact us.

What we collect

• Name, work email, and phone number (if you give it)
• Job title, organization, and organization type or size
• Your answers to the Health Check questions and the scores we calculate from them
• Basic website data such as pages visited and device type, if analytics or cookies are on

Why we collect it

• To show you your results and send your PDF report
• To send you the Leadership Operating System Reset Protocol you asked for
• To follow up about next steps that fit your score, such as a cohort or an implementation conversation
• To send occasional emails about leadership systems. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the Health Check and our services

What the Health Check is and is not

The Health Check is a practical snapshot of how your team's leadership system is working. It is not a personality, DISC, or psychological assessment, and it does not diagnose or predict outcomes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our business. They may process your data only to support our services. Today these include ScoreApp (the Health Check), SendFox (email), Notion (our contact records), and Zapier (moving data between those tools). If we add or change providers, we will update this policy.
